Project Description
Trail Side is a land development project within the Juniper West neighbourhood in Kamloops, BC. TRUE has provided civil engineering and surveying services to support Juniper West Developments since 1990. The Trail Side development was comprised of construction of Balsam Place, Aster Court and Lupin Court. Design of this phase of the development included municipal services, municipal roads and third party utilities.
TRUE also provided land surveying services for this development including re-establishment of perimeter lot boundaries, survey and preparation of a 60-lot Subdivision Plan, As-built/Records survey, House foundation layouts, and Building Location Certificates.
