Project Description
The Town of Oliver’s objective was to improve pedestrian safety and improve street parking, as high curbs, small retaining walls, and limited visibility lead to safety concerns and challenges with street parking. After consultation with the Town, TRUE’s solution was to convert Earle Crescent to one-way with designated parking bump-outs. The project also included:
- 1200 m of road reconstruction
- 190 m² of concrete sidewalk
