Knutsford Accretion Application

Project Description

TRUE completed an Accretion Application and accompanying legal survey over Lakes D and E in Knutsford, BC. This project included an initial Natural Boundary Survey of both Lakes, and a full boundary re-establishment of the surrounding parent parcels. The Application included researching historical air photos and original crown grants, compiling current terrestrial photos and field data, comparing the differing locations of the Lakes, researching Land Title records and correspondence with the Surveyor General. The result was a Reference Plan establishing new titles based on present natural boundary approved by the Surveyor General.
