Project Description
The Burrows is a multi-phase land development project within the Campbell Creek neighborhood in Kamloops, BC. TRUE has provided civil engineering and engineering surveying services to support the development since 2014. The Borrows development is comprised of 92 residential units constructed over 3 phases as well as a stormwater detention pond incorporated into a park.
The scope of work completed by our Land Survey team included the re-establishment of perimeter parcel boundaries, legal survey and preparation of Phased Bare Land Strata Plans, house foundation layouts and Building Location Certificates.
