Project Description
TRUE provided civil design and land survey services to this 52-unit affordable housing project in downtown Kamloops for the John Howard Society and BC Housing. TRUE’s engineering team designed the onsite grading and stormwater management, as well as connections to the municipal water and sewer systems.
The scope of work completed by our Land Survey team included:
- Initial Topographic site plan for design
- Re-establishment of boundaries and consolidation of parcels
- Construction layout of grid lines and building
- Civil engineering layout (site grading, curbs, pavement, deep and shallow utilities)
