Project Description
Orchards Walk is a land development project consisting of single and multi-family residential, seniors living, an amenity building, and commercial spaces located within the Valleyview neighborhood in Kamloops, BC. TRUE has provided civil engineering services in support of the Orchards Walk development since 2014. The engineering services provided include sanitary lift station pump design, municipal roadway and roundabout design, site grading and site servicing, as well as contract administration.
TRUE provided land survey services for a phased development in Kamloops, BC. The development offers single and multi-family residential units, seniors living and commercial. The project included an initial Subdivision Survey followed by multiple Bare Land Strata Subdivisions, along with layout of commercial, residential, and apartments-style buildings.
