Project Description
TRUE has been involved in several aspects of The Reach neighborhood in Thompson Rivers University since 2019. This master planned community is an emerging urban neighborhood with world-class views of Kamloops. The 90 acre mixed-use development will consist of residential and retail amenities. The first phase includes 4 apartment/condo buildings; Legacy Square, Liberty Pointe, Rockcliffe and Creston House.
We have worked with TRU, TRU Community Trust, Kelson Group, Redekop Development and Cape Group for various surveying services. This includes building layout and legal surveys including subdivisions, air space parcels, strata plans and easements.
