Project Description
The District Wine Village will be the first of its kind in Canada located in Oliver, BC. This wine park is being constructed in two phases. Phase 1 will consist of 1 x distillery, 1 x brewery, 13 boutique wineries all with the capability of on site production and a restaurant. Phase 2 will contain 14 additional structures. The unique circular design presented interesting challenges across all disciplines. The civil scope completed by TRUE Consulting comprised of approximately:
- 350m of water, sanitary, storm and process waste mains servicing 30 structures
- 500m² of pervious pavers in the bowl-shaped center common area for storm collection
- Vineyard layout
- 8750m² driveway and access roads complete with parking
