  • Provide design (conceptual to detailed), cost estimating and delivery of public and private infrastructure projects including dikes, hydraulic structures, erosion protection, river training, shoreline restoration, and stormwater management
  • Work closely with other hydrotechnical engineers while helping to mentor junior staff
  • Collaborate and manage subconsultants to effectively deliver a project (e.g. geotechnical, geomorphology, environmental, archaeological)
  • Assist in providing technical leadership, developing client relationships, and quality management
  • Limited travel to project sites within beautiful British Columbia

As a member of our team, you would have the choice of your office location and your expertise would be utilized company wide.  TRUE is focused on the interior of BC with offices in Williams Lake, Kamloops, Penticton, and Trail.  Step outside any one of our offices and find a near-endless selection of recreational opportunities.  That includes biking, hiking, skiing, golfing, fishing, boating, and so much more offering unparalleled quality of life.  Combine this with a lower cost of living and our office locations become ideal communities to expand your career and your lifestyle.  We combine this with flexible work arrangements allowing you to tailor your schedule to your life needs and goals.
