Dave Underwood, P.Eng.

Mr. Underwood is a Professional Engineer and a senior partner at TRUE Consulting with over 15 years of municipal engineering experience. He has been the senior technical advisor and reviewer on numerous roadworks upgrading, water main and sewer projects and has been responsible for the design and analysis of all aspects of municipal water systems on behalf of his clients. Mr. Underwood has completed a number of major and minor infrastructure projects in the Thompson and Cariboo areas as former manager of TRUE’s Williams Lake office.

Mr. Pritchard is a Professional Engineer and managing partner in TRUE Consulting’s Kelowna office. He has over 21 years of consulting engineering experience gained in a broad range of civil infrastructure projects, with specialized skills acquired in project management, water systems, storm and sanitary sewerage systems, roadway design, land development and contract administration.

Experience has included management and primary technical responsibility for a wide variety of engineering projects. The projects include water supply and water distribution systems, sewage collection, treatment and disposal systems and numerous assessment studies involving environmental engineering considerations. Special areas of expertise include domestic and industrial wastewater collection, treatment and disposal systems, small flow wastewater systems usually involving on-site treatment and disposal systems, water supply and distribution, water quality assessment and water treatment.

After working in TRUE’s Kamloops office for eight years, Scott moved back to his hometown in the West Kootenays and opened a branch office for TRUE Consulting in 2009. Over the past 15 years, Scott has provided municipal engineering services to many local government clients throughout the interior of British Columbia, establishing solid working relationships and completing a variety of successful infrastructure improvement projects, assessments, and long term plans for these communities.

Will is a key member of the Williams Lake Office who excels in all aspects of civil and municipal design, from meeting with clients at a project’s conceptual stage through to project completion. He is known for incorporating practical and cost effective solutions into his designs that make construction and operation easier and more efficient. He is well respected by clients, operators, and contractors for his attention to detail and practical approach to problem solving. Will graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2004 with a Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering Technology and then worked as a technologist in northern British Columbia before returning to the Lakehead University in 2005. In 2007 he received a Bachelor of Engineering Degree and worked as a civil engineer in the Greater Vancouver area before joining TRUE in the fall of 2007 and becoming a Partner in 2013. Will is also an active member of the Project Management Institute and earned the designation of Project Management Professional in 2014.

He has more that 18 years experience within the Civil Engineering field. Todd has been the Senior Project Manager/Designer on numerous roadway, highway, infrastructure projects and subdivision/commercial developments. His skill-set and knowledge are an asset in all aspects of any project he is involved with.
